About

A small, fast site for clear explainers of health science.

Tiny Health Tools is exactly what it sounds like: a collection of cool little health tools and short explainers of how your body actually works — one idea at a time, with the science behind it.

Every page is fast and lightweight. The claims are sourced, the limitations are stated plainly, and every explainer is designed to be read and understood in minutes.

Principles

  • Show the work. Each explainer cites its sources and says what the science can and cannot tell you.
  • Fast and lightweight. Plain HTML and CSS. No frameworks or build steps.

Who this is for

This site is for anyone who wants a quick, well-explained answer to common health and fitness questions — recovery, fitness markers, sleep, stress — without wading through jargon or junk.

What it is not

Tiny Health Tools is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The explainers are educational summaries of published science. Individual needs vary, sometimes significantly. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, take medications, or are planning major changes to diet or exercise, consult a qualified health professional.
